Our final take is: There are a TON of health benefits to doing the detox. Even if it doesn’t stick. We tried it for three weeks and our results were definitely noticeable.
Of course, it varies from person to person. We all didn’t have the same results.
The first few days were rough, but after day 3 – this detox was actually pretty easy.
