There is one thing that you’re going to want to do so that you may receive every benefit of the Paleo diet and the Paleo lifestyle. Start the Paleo process at least a month or more ahead of the first wedding that you are going to attend.
As we mentioned above, weight loss is going to be very rapid when you switch to the Paleo method of eating. When you give up sugar, most carbs, and processed junk food your body is going to lose weight in a hurry. You’re going to look and feel better than you ever have before. But for that first two-week block of time or so immediately after starting the Paleo process; you are going to deal with what’s known as the “carb cold”. Basically, a two-week stretch of time when you feel under the weather and aren’t going to be in the mood to attend any weddings and party!
Start at least thirty days ahead of the first wedding of the season that you will be attending and you’ll be good to go.
Secondly, you are going to want to make sure that you forget about counting calories or timing meals when you switch to the Paleo process. Sure, you could go this direction if you are really committed, but if you feel like this kind of work is only going to discourage you; there’s absolutely no reason whatsoever to go down this road.
You might only get eighty percent of the results when it comes to weight loss with the Paleo process on “autopilot”, but that sure beats no results at all.
